Associate Engagement Process:
Manage Associate Engagement Process for both the Law Department and Global Communications; process would include:o

Registration Process:
Facilitate and complete the registration process including working with Senior Leaders to ensure registration corresponds to the Practice group,
o

Reports:
Run participation and survey response reports and distribute accordinglyo

Feedback:
Orchestrate feedback process including conducting group or one-on-one feedback sessionso

Communications:
Distribution of communications for Engagement Survey including messages to associate groups as well as distribution of participation reports, survey process message, and feedback communications.

Communication:
Develops, distributes, and manages a variety of communication vehicles to the Law and Global Communications & Public Affairs Departments including:o Leadership Performance Process (LPP) messages,o Benefits Enrollment information,
o Training messages (i.e., New Manager Training, Harassment Training).o Information regarding new hires and associate departures to all relevant parties;
o Prepares new hire welcome letter and announcement to associates regarding new hires;
o Department Organization chart; ando Other items on an as needed basis

Summer Internship Program:
Facilitate and coordinate Summer Internship program for Law Department and Global Communications by:o

Interviews:
Arranging and scheduling interview processo

On-boarding:
Work with Manager to understanding hiring process and working with

Flex Staffingo HQ Program:
Lead activities related to the HQ Summer Internship program including the Back of the House Tour, Senior Leadership Meet & Greets, and being a liaison with other

HQ Generalists Recognition Program:

o Responsible for the management of recognition programs for both the Global Communications & Public Affairs Department and Law Department. Duties may include the development of new programs and initiatives.

Project Management:
Plans, coordinates, and manages a variety of project for the Law Department including:
o Associate Appreciation week and Spirit to Serve,
o Law Department Picnic,
o Law Department Newsletter,
o Law Department Fundraising events,
o Office Moves,o Other special projects (such as Senior Leadership Meetings and Talent Reviews) Payroll Processo Manage the payroll process for the Law and GCPA Departments by providing guidance to payroll processes and coordinates questions / answers with HQ HR Serviceso Has both PeopleSoft and Marrpay access in order to research or resolve issues. Runs monthly PeopleSoft reports, tracking and monitoring accuracy of data input. Legal Staff Liaison partner:o Providing oversight and guidance to Corporate Facilities associates regarding questions and supply inventory.
o Lead Paralegal Executive Committee (PEC) Meetingso Lead Secretary Executive Committee meetingso Assist VP HR in working with Managing Paralegals and

Attorneys Other HR Support:
Provide additional HR Support for VP HR for both Law Department and Global Communications & Public Affairs including:o Responsible for developing creative solutions to supporting and enhancing the work environments with both the Law Department and Global Communications & Public Affairs department.
o Human Capital Planning Toolo Liaison with HQ HR Serviceso Liaison with Facilities and HQ Serviceso Other as needed Requirements for

Position:
Minimum of three years Human Resources experience; College degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and PeopleSoft or Marrpay experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks to completion; Ability to work well under pressure, set and adapt to continually changing workload priorities, and effectively manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Positive, can-do attitude; professional demeanor; strong customer service orientation; excellent judgment and discretion; diligence, dependability, and strong work ethic; Flexibility for overtime when needed.
