The AN I (Lead Nurse) is responsible for assisting with the clinical management, the supervision of patient care and the administrative coordination of the Child and Adolescent Psych Unit. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current RN license for the state of California. Knowledge of principles and practices of patient care on 6 ICU. Develop the principles of sound fiscal management. Develop management principles and practices. Ability to lead, make sound clinical and administrative judgment related to patient care and to personnel administering that care. Ability to counsel and teach. Competency in speaking English clearly and distinctly using appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
