We are currently seeking:


Business to Business Telephone Solicitor (Appointment Setter) -- 30-40 hours per week


Performs administrative tasks in the branch office to support the sales, business operations, and customer service by performing the following duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsible for generating Landscape Management services initial meeting for Business Development Management team.


Make 35-50 daily outbound calls to various lead sources to qualify a sales opportunity and schedule a face to face appointment with the decision maker.


Coordinates sales professional's schedule through systematic contact strategy and sells appointment by utilization of established calling material. Example list: current clients, prior clients, prior proposals, Hoovers Dunn & and Bradstreet industry list, trade association list, etc.


Composes and documents routine correspondence, next step follow up to initial sales contacts, or any other needed documents.


Organizes and maintains contacts and follow up system.


Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about current and potential customers.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years telemarketing/appt setting ...
