Make a Difference

Here’s how this role will help:

* Oversee the planning and scheduling of products to be manufactured in the Morgantown facility.
* Oversee the site warehouse operations.
* Oversee the identification and purchase of components and other raw materials necessary for new Domestic and International products launches.
* Oversee the Inventory Control System, Complaints, and various other computer systems (SAP). Ensure the full utilization of the inventory control system to maximize scheduling and planning needs of the operation.
* Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments for International and Domestic orders.
* Direct the logging of incoming orders, the flow of paperwork, and the ordering of materials needed to ship and invoice of all International and Domestic orders.
* Present performance reports to Senior Management.
* Report monthly and long term billing projections.
* Review and approve adequate plans for the control of planned output, budget spending, labor efficiency, material efficiency, customer service, and order entry efficiency, along with manpower utilization. Review and approve department budgets.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Here are the qualifications for this position:

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. A Master’s degree and 10 years of experience in supply chain/planning within a manufacturing organization strongly preferred.
* Must possess knowledge of database design, manufacturing equipment design, and manufacturing process capabilities. Must understand and comply with SOPs, FDA regulations, and cGMPs.
* Position functions autonomously. Position directly supervises employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
*
Must possess good leadership, planning and management skills, strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish credibility and be decisive.
