Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Developing clinical templates for new specialties;Assisting customers with clinical template modification;Training on content development, both internally and externally;Working with outside content vendors;Analysis of clinical content use to guide future content development;Understanding how to capture and analyze clinical outcomes;Analyzing clinical guidelines and building specialty specific templates for them;Creation of best practices and pre-configurations within athenaClinicals;Addressing clients issues and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients;Becoming an active participant in athenahealths teaching and learning culture;Demonstrating commitment to athenahealth's Corporate Compliance Code, including escalation of all compliance issues through the chain of command and to the company's Compliance Officer and/or General Counsel;Performing other tasks as required by the Manager of Clinical Content.Skills and

Abilities Required:
Understanding of medical terminology and ability to research specialty-specific practices;Proven ability to work both independently on projects and as part of the larger team;Ability to instruct others, especially peers and clients to explain clinical content using clear communication;Detailed knowledge on how to build and run SQL based queries.Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and strong attention to detail;Ability to identify problems and see them through to resolution;Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges;Strong computer literacy including MS-Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; HTML preferred.Education and
