Total operation of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including development and providing all necessary reports and database queries as requested.  Maintain company logs, ie Vacation, Equipment and Purchasing.  This position performs a variety of tasks including clerical and secretarial duties.  Greeting visitor and directing them to the appropriate person, answering and screening all phone calls and transmitting messages.  Processing all Human Resource forms and addressing employees concerns.  Maintaining and securing employee documents.  Experience operating general office equipment, 2 way radio communication and dispatch experience a plus!  Exercise discretion at all times;.
