Position Summary:

As a member of the corporate Product Management organization at TeleTech, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will lead the corporate product marketing strategy, drive consistency and marketing excellence in the organization’s approach to launching and branding services & products to the market place. You must possess a passion for creating great marketing content for use by our sales and operations teams. Your objective is to create and evangelize good marketing techniques like segmentation, competitive analysis, benefit laddering, and use of deep consumer insight in messaging that will profitably grow existing and new product and service lines, extensions, and market categories. As steward of the business unit and product/service portfolio, you will collaborate with the functional managers, product managers, and the technolgy offices to drive program commitment, execution, and success in the spirit and position of the TeleTech brand.

Key Responsibilities

*
Develop value proposition, product and service positioning, target customer definition, key selling points, differentiation, and feature/benefits prioritization.

*
Work with key vertical industry leaders (Financial Services, Healthcare, Automotive, Technology, and Communications & Media) to develop industry specific marketing content.

*
Write program and creative briefs to be used by all commercial facing functions, internal creative teams, and external agencies. Be the single point of contact for the cross functional teams.

*
Develop and launch go-to-market plans for market category and targeted industry verticals.

*
Partner with Product Management in development of product requirements during product/service definition phase.

*
Monitor marketing program and sales effectiveness, and work with Field

*
Marketing teams to develop programs as needed.

*
Maintain competitive intelligence in product/service/market category.

*
Serve as product spokesperson (internal and customer facing) as needed.

Requirements

*
Experience in a services based organization, with noted examples of specific industry experience (Financial Services, Automotive, Healthcare, Technology, Communications & Media preferred)

*
Expertise in creating marketing material for professional and care based services.

*
Preferred background in one or more of the following areas: customer care, education & learning, workforce management, analytics services, customer experience design, CRM, multi-channel communications.

*
Must be self-reliant, honest, and practical in managing multiple services and offerings.

*
Experienced leading geographically dispersed teams

*
Ability to interact with high performing teams and individuals

*
5+ years related work experience in Product or Services Marketing, creating strategic marketing and branding plans, product launches, go-to-market strategies and execution, customer presentations, collateral development, product development.

*
Demonstrated experience working well under pressure while delivering quality results.

*
Demonstrated skills in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other business related software (SPSS, d3, etc).

*
Bachelors Degree in a scientific, technical field, or Marketing preferred, Masters degree a plus.
