The Credentialed Trainer (CT) is responsible for teaching CareConnect classes to a variety of end users and for providing one-on-one and small group training for a variety of topics. The CT will be involved in writing curriculum, creating tip sheets and other training related activities and ensures students are prepared to pass a proficiency test at the end of each class. To attain the status of CT candidates must complete the following tasks: pass a credentialing test with a minimum score of 85%, present an Epic lesson to a panel including their Principal Trainer and a representative from the CareConnect project team. Epic training credential preferred Adult education and classroom teaching experience required Working knowledge of adult learning theory and/or training approaches and best practices Strong understanding of relevant department workflows or ability to learn about workflows General understanding of system configuration Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build ...
