Provide feedback to employees on job performance through verbal communication and formal performance appraisals. Coordinate manufacturing activities to insure production and product quality meet specifications. Inspect equipment to insure optimum utilization, quality and safety. Communicate with employees concerning staffing needs, scheduling, problem solving, change actions, overtime, vacations, training and safety. Job Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following: Three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an unionized environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Full command of MS Office (Word, Access, Excel & PowerPoint). Strong organization and project management skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines. Ability to work weekend and overtime hours. Must be available to work all three shifts.
