Reporting to the Executive Director of Occupational Health the Director of Occupational Health Operations is responsible for overseeing and directing the administrative, nursing and ancillary operations of the Occupational Health Centers. Participates in developing and implementing goals and objectives for the assigned areas of responsibility. Also responsible for the development of business plans, budgets and program growth strategies. Assists in recruiting and retaining physicians.

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in physician office operations, practice management and/or occupational health centers.

Two (2) years of management experience in working in a medical office practice setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of managed care programs.

Level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

The organization, business and supervisory abilities necessary to plan, direct and control the activities of a small or large, complicated office which includes clerical, nursing and laboratory services.
