Performance Technologies, an affiliate of Seventy Seven Energy, is seeking field engineers to support their hydraulic fracturing service line. The FE will lead the QAQC processes and work with customer personnel in the field and office. The FE will be responsible for training and mentoring equipment operators, as needed, with emphasis on QAQC processes. The FE will be assigned special projects and duties in preparation for advancement to a Senior Field Engineer position. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Obtains and sets up all required fracturing information on a per stage and per well basis. Verifies frac designs and fluid designs. Conducts pre-job testing of all chemicals and materials on location and quality control testing during job execution. Sets-up and controls tabular and graphical fracturing data/parameters during treatment. Keeps track of all chemical usage, job totals and overall mass balance on a per stage basis and end-of-well. Prepares post-treatment reports and maintains electronic stimulation summary databases. Assists with the preparation of field tickets. Quality checks and stores all electronic data files; ensures data is transmitted to district server and client. Coordinates 3rd party vendor movement and delivery of chemicals and proppants to location. May perform other duties as assigned.Able to support fracturing field operations with emphasis on safe operations and adherence to company policy. Demonstrated understanding of fracturing fluids and processes General understanding of geoscience, reservoir engineering, well drilling and completion techniques. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop leadership and mentoring skills, particularly as responsibilities increase. Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in Excel. Ability to learn company specific applications. Strong attention to detail; able to identify problems and recommend solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage time, and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines and meet business drivers. Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts. Education and Work Experience required:

Minimum Requirements:
1 year prior experience in the oil & gas industry Bachelors degree in related science field may be considered with previous fracturing experience. Preferred Requirements 1-3 years prior experience with a hydraulic fracturing service provider Bachelors degree in Engineering; Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum preferred.
