· Financial Analysis: As Financial Analyst for GMCR, Inc., you will put your strong analytical skills to the test, performing monthly financial analysis, financial modeling, strategic metrics compilation, and ad hoc analysis and forecasting including but not limited to the following:

· Assist with product cost estimation, discounted cash flow analysis (NPV/IRR), P&L analysis, and ROI calculations;

· Provide general analysis support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;

· Provide financial modeling for long-term strategic planning, short-term, high-level targets, and M&A activity;

· Enhance and maintain strategic metrics tracking and reporting;

· Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.

· Communication : As a member of the FP&A team you will be responsible for communicating key elements of the various financial milestones across the organization

· Organize, drive, and consolidate Annual Operation Plan, and all forecasts and any other management reporting and/or presentations, as required;

· Drive financial performance/Provide earnings estimate to management/leadership and suggest operational actions required to achieve financial target;

· Initiate, maintain and improve relationships with stakeholders in all Departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Supply Chain, etc.

OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS:

Models the Keurig Green Mountain values

Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Green Mountain and the department

Performs other job related duties as requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS :

· Education— Students who are currently enrolled or recent graduate from a top college or university. We encourage students with accounting, finance, economics or related major to apply. A 3.5 GPA is preferred.

· Intellects— Problem solvers; individuals who love analyzing large sets of data and communicating results. Excellent drive for results and complex problems solving skills. Demonstrated ability in financial analysis and modeling required.

·*Team Players*—People who can work independently and love teaming with a wide variety of people. Must be adaptable, able to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities as necessary

· Communicators -Individuals who can effectively communicate within and across teams as well as with internal and external constituents. Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable communicating with various management levels

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Predominately sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (67% - 100% of the workday).

• Qualifications:

o Majors in finance or accounting preferred. All other students are encouraged to apply if they have relevant experience in investment banking or FP&A.

o Must have strong analytical skills with ability to work with numbers.

o 3.3 GPA is preferred
