Our client an established and successful Managed IT Services firm is seeking a talented Helpdesk Specialist to support their customer's technology needs.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers to generate detailed service request
- Identify and organize tickets according to priority
- Escalate tickets to engineers and technicians.
- Assist with fieldwork as requested.
- Troubleshoot and repair computers and peripherals.
- Performs task necessary to prepare computer for delivery with specified customer requirements
- Trains clients on operating system and other computer related functions
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential task as assigned.

Requirements:

- Excellent working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and common applications.
- Strong aptitude in OS repairs, spy ware and virus removal, hardware, upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Strong Application installation and troubleshooting skills
- Strength in Windows Operating Systems,

Mac OS X Added Bonus:

- Various Certifications
- Good Microsoft Office Skills
- Skills with Google Apps, Office 365 or other cloud based products ...
