The Integrated Online Campaign Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing online campaigns for the Diagnostics divisions products, programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for day-to-day management of online marketing campaign execution, and is instrumental in assisting with front-end strategy execution, mid-stream project management, and post-campaign follow-up to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and optimized.

Key Strengths:

Content Writing/Editing:

* Understanding of online channels and persuasive marketing

Education:
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Experience:

* Typically 3-5 years of successful experience in online marketing communications, resulting in a demonstrated mastery of online marketing.
? Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities, complete tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
? Ability to work in a highly matrixed global organization.
* Successful application of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures to the online channels.
? Excellent web writing and editing skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional oral and written communications skills, high level of attention to detail.
? Strong negotiation, influencing, and project management skills.
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment to develop effective online communication strategies in support of the companys business objectives.
