The Global Report Analyst will have overall responsibility for a variety of reporting tasks and analysis. These responsibilities will encompass client reporting as well as the internal reporting needs for Finance and Operations. The Global Report Analyst will compile and interpret key financial, operational and client related data, and generate a variety of ad-hoc reports for company executives and clients.  

Requisite Skills and Experience
•	Experience in an analysis and/or reporting role, with skills in T-SQL, SSIS packages, and stored procedures. 
•	ETL experience.
•	Ability to develop and organize high-quality documentation.
•	Ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
•	Knowledge of SQL Server 2008.
•	Experience in data extraction and manipulation and in data architecture.
•	Knowledge and understanding of GDS, TRAMS, HI Mark and iBank reporting is a major plus.
•	Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities.
•	Expert proficiency with ability to interface with multiple users across the organization and effectively project manage reporting requirements from start to finish.
•	Attention to details, in particular as it relates to the cleansing and accuracy of data.
•	Demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written), customer service skills, and the ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.  Follow-up, organization, initiative, analytical, flexibility, good decision making capabilities.  
•	Ability to manage own work flow and meet deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
•	Must have excellence attendance, punctuality and be a positive team player with a professional behavior. 

Strategic and Position Responsibilities / Tasks  
•	Perform gap analysis.
•	Develop custom import processes for the individual files provided by the partners.
•	Maintain / adjust already developed import processes as necessary.
•	Develop data audits to ensure normalization processes are working as expected.
•	Ensure that partners are providing data files on schedule.
•	Perform any manual manipulation of data files if partners are unable to provide data in specified file format or via FTP.
•	Audit automated processes to ensure processes are working as expected.
•	Perform data updates as necessary. 
•	Ensure timely, accurate, consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports, databases and reporting tools utilized. 
•	Active participation in the development of subsequent reporting enhancements, including the creation of new reporting templates and analytical reports.
•	Operate within company standards in the areas of customer service, productivity, quality standards, attendance, punctuality, and operating procedures. 
•	Continuously suggest improvements to benefit our clients and organization.
