GNPH Sales Support Associate As a GNPH Sales Support Associate you will be an integral part of helping the sales force uncover and drive revenue opportunities. GNPH Sales Support Associate As a GNPH Sales Support Associate you will be an integral part of helping the sales force uncover and drive revenue opportunities. COMPLIANCE Own and drive pitchbooks compliance review process, including meeting MFP/ Reg R guidelines. Partner with compliance to review state laws for accepting entertainment and managing compliance reporting. Manage process for invoicing clients and processing payment if client is required to reimburse for the cost of their meal when attending an event. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS Campaign and Event Management Manage industry specific marketing campaigns/programs in partnership with GNPH and CB Marketing Team, which may include identifying a need (based on analysis of a market's top tier portfolios), creating a marketing campaign or sales initiative, list management, communicating to market, and measuring success. Develop and manage external / internal events and ensure they meet all compliance and additional requirements.

Marketing Sponsorships:
Assess and recommend marketing sponsorship opportunities and manage all elements (e.g., events or marketing initiatives) related to it. Communications Develop local communication plan to keep market / team abreast of key marketing and sales initiatives / tools and how to apply them; product changes; compliance policies; competitive intelligence; and industry trends. REPORTING AND DATA MANAGEMENT Analysis of banker performance reports, pipeline reports, and scorecards in order to (1) make recommendations to bankers and (2) ensure the accuracy of data input. Partner with team's administrative assistant to pull and distribute relevant reports. Manage local data quality activities: Clients & prospects data and profitability hierarchies in CKC / Client Central; Transferring of prospects and clients between Bankers or LOBs; and research / resolve customer profitability issues.QUALIFICATIONS BA / BS degree required Strong analytical and creative solutions Must possess excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to effectively work with sales team and key partners Highly organized, adaptable, self-directed individual Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment is essential Project management skills strongly preferred Experience in or knowledge of Commercial Banking and GNPH a plus Understanding of Commercial Bank Sales Toolkit, CKC, and event/contact tools within CKC a plus Expertise in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Some travel required
