The successful candidate will delve into and work extensively with a talented team of entrepreneurial Health Care consultants and technical experts who currently design, build, and support robust niche services and solutions for our commercial clients.

OVERVIEW
• Offers an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate a strong track record of winning and delivering significant engagements within the Commercial Health Care Sector
• Utilizes key strengths of thought leadership, project management, strategy, and business development
• Taps into prior leadership expertise of managing IT engagements for a solutions driven consulting firm, while serving as our Health Care sector Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Leverages prior established client relationships to help identify current challenges facing the Health Care industry and introduce xScion as a solutions partner of choice
• Possesses deep Health Care domain expertise, thought leadership and understanding of current and future trends in the commercial sector (payer and/or provider)
• Demonstrates a solid and deep client network base in the DC Metro/ Northern Virginia area, while positioning xScion for potential expansion to new office locations.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development
• Discover and learn about our many Health Care capabilities and bundle them into meaningful business solutions
• Manage all aspects of the sales lifecycle to include account penetration, roadmap, pursuit and solutions strategies
• Design, scope, and sell innovative, business solutions to prospects and clients via integration of services, solutions, and capabilities
• Cultivate relationships across the Health Care community including Health Care Payers, Providers, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, and /or Public Health Associations that lead directly to new business opportunities within our target market/account/region
• Penetrate and open new client accounts while attaining predetermined sales and revenue goals
• Closely manage all Health Care client and partner relationships to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities while selling integrated solutions.

Client Management
• Serve as xScion’s Health Care SME
• Direct and oversee multiple solutions engagements, while effectively managing the quality of service delivery and client satisfaction to ensure appropriate cost structures
• Own the client relationship and partner as a valued and trusted advisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
General/Sales Job Requirements
• Possesses a current and active network of contacts across the Health Care community spanning Payers, Providers and/or Public Health Associations alike
• Proven success developing and sustaining large-scale, wins or programs in the commercial Health Care arena
• Well-versed in areas of Product Development, Underwriting, Membership, Claims, Customer Service, Network Management, Medical Management (Medicare and/or Medicaid) and/or provider expertise in Population Health Management, Electronic Health Records, Clinical Data Analysis, Integration and Interoperability, and Accountable Care organizations
• Understanding of issues related to the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and the Public Health Care Exchange
• Recognized and established success selling Health Care business solutions to new and existing clients
• At least 10+ years of hands-on successful IT solutions selling expertise with a demonstrated track record of career advancement
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Must be a stellar communicator possessing excellent verbal, interpersonal and written skills
• Possess solid leadership and client presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
• Must be excellent at building rapport and new client relationships with executives, SME’s and industry thought leaders in the Health Care space
• Excellent leader and team player who can develop, mentor and motivate our growing staff
• A true entrepreneurial spirit is a must as we have big ideas and plans for growth!
