HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist, you will assist employees with benefits, leave, retirement, resignation, policy interpretation, and other HR related matters.  You will also partner with managers to help them effectively lead their workforce in resolving leave and performance problems with their employees.  You will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR topics, implement HR policies and programs, provide guidance and counsel to employees, engage in outreach to customer organizations, and assist with briefing the different HR programs offered to the workforce.
Entry level is with a High School diploma and 4 years of experience or an Associate's degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and no experience.  Experience in customer service and/or HR is highly desirable.  Degree in HR is preferred.

HR Program Manager
As an HR Program Manager, you will assist managers and employees as a consultant for performance management, awards and promotions, staffing, and policy interpretation and guidance.  You will partner with an array of organizations in coordinating/developing programs and providing guidance on HR procedures.  You will be actively engaged with customer organizations in delivering training and briefings as new HR programs, policies, and procedures are implemented.
Entry level is with a High School diploma and 4 years of experience or an Associate's degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and no experience.  Experience in customer service and/or HR is highly desirable.  Coordination experience desired (e.g. people, projects, and events).  Degree in HR is preferred.

HR Technical Specialist
As an HR Technical Specialist, you will provide accurate, timely, and relevant HR administration by processing and monitoring personnel actions; you will maintain official personnel records (both manual and electronic) and verify accuracy of employee data and HR transactional processes.  You will retrieve and compile employee data; conceptualize, design, and deliver database interfaces, improvements, and adjustments to ensure data integrity.
Entry level is with a High School diploma and 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree and no experience.  Degree in HR is preferred.  Experience in customer service and administrative/clerical preferred.  Peoplesoft experience is highly desirable.

The selectee shall possess strong written and oral communication skills and may be required to view a computer screen continuously for two hours or more.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Salary range:  $42,631 - $67,787
