Contract Recruiter needed for Fortune 500 company in Downtown Dallas!!!!
Position is CONTRACT only - indefinite!

Position will entail basic HR functions including:
: Coordinates and handles the end to end recruiting process and procedure for the HQ office as well as three additional field offices in various states

: Posts compliant jobs internally or externally using the applicable source to maintain compliance as well as to adequately advertise the opening to the public or internally or any other applicable method of recruiting as requested by the hiring manager or as directed by the HR dept.
: Creates job opportunity bulletins and working in collaboration with HR dept. on posting
: Screens resumes and performs phone screens to assist hiring manager in the selection process in accordance with procedures and compliance requirements
: Coordinates face to face interviews, i.e. scheduling candidates, internal departments
: Tracks applicant flow in MS excel and identifies the appropriate disposition codes to maintain compliance with requirements
: Liaises with External Recruiters and ensuring fee agreements are in place and reviewed and approved by HR Management
: Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn or other groups and tracking in accordance with compliance requirements
: Creates offer analysis and letters in accordance with procedures and submits for review and approval
: Coordinates all onboarding tasks for new hire including conducting the new hire orientation and scheduling other departments as applicable
: Communicates with candidates at all stages of the pre-employment process
: Develops and maintains in collaboration with other HR offices the monthly recruiting activity report for management review
: May be required to assist in event planning, facilities responsibilities, special projects as requested from time to time by manager

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Corporate Recruiting experience. (if not degreed, must have a minimum of 6 years of related work experience)
: Must have working knowledge of HR regulations, practices and procedures
: Must have working knowledge of Affirmative Action, OFCCP, and Compliance requirements of a government contractor
: Must be a self-starter, initiative, excellent communication skills with HR dept. and manager, as well as with hiring managers and applicants
: Must have the ability to work with all levels including management, professional demeanor required
: Must have intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have demonstrated and working knowledge of the software application.
: Must have at least 1 year of working within Monster, Career Builder and various department of labor workforce service sites for posting jobs

Client is looking for someone with intern programs, drafting job descriptions, strong organization and communication skills. Pay range is $23-25/hr. Must have strong computer skills with the ability to start immediately!
