Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years insurance experience required.Associates Degree with 5-8 years insurance experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
Licenses/Certification: Iowa Resident Life Health & Accident Insurance License required after 60 days.
Special Requirements / Skills:

Ability to quickly learn insurance coverages relevant to globally mobile individuals and groups.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and similar computer applications.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to use other general office equipment.

Work Environment:
Typical office environment.Minimal overnight travel.
