Pneuron maintains a clear focus on decoupling global business creativity and innovation from the traditional technology barriers that have stifled enterprise competiveness in the past. Broad business acumen and understanding of financial services processes. Experience in Healthcare or Insurance a plus. In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations as they relate to Financial Services a plus (e.g. KYC, Basel II, FATCA, FormPF, SOX, etc). Robust, compelling communication skills and ability to clearly demonstrate software solutions across a range of technical and business users (Operations to Executive Level). Ability to confirm solution fit and identify customer specific benefits that will help contribute to a unique business value offering. Assist customers and Sales staff in building a compelling business case with demonstrable ROI indicators. Ability to understand and articulate customer business requirements and develop the corresponding proposal design. Configure applications for demonstrations, prototyping, benchmarking and proof of concept presentations. Adaptable and flexible in approach to winning long-term business relationships Creation of sales support materials to represent Pneuron’s solution offerings. Manage hand-over to Implementation Services for project implementation. Perform periodic reviews of customer needs, identifying potential issues and new sales opportunities. Basic script creation, query formulation, and programming aptitude. Proven use of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) An understanding of common databases (Oracle & SQL), networking, and operating systems An understanding of business intelligence and associated reporting tools (Cognos, Actuate, Business Objects, JasperSoft) Proven background in designing and implementing end-to-end distributed, n-tiered applications from concept through production Understanding of big data and analytics emerging technologies (e.g. NoSQL, Hadoop)

Requirements:
Minimum of 7
- 10 years of experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare space Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in pre-sales or implementation of software solutions ideally in a similar solution area A background in business intelligence, marketing analytics, predictive modeling, risk, or compliance is a plus and desired Able to demonstrate technical acumen with the ability to understand and interact with software applications Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a client driven environment while implementing a new technology solution to the market Comfort in and experience with the challenges of a start-up either as a new company or within a larger organization Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Responsive, reliable and results oriented Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Thrives in distributed work environments Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including nights or weekends as required

Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent practical experience
