ENVIRON is seeking candidates for an exposure/risk assessment position in its Princeton, NJ office.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Preparing large environmental datasets for risk assessment calculations using MS Access and Excel
  • Performing statistical data analysis
  • Performing risk calculations
  • Writing risk assessment reports
  • Modeling site-specific contaminant migration and exposure concentrations
  • Responding to regulatory agency comments
  • Coordinating work with clients and other consultants
  • Reading and summarizing technical documents (e.g., scientific articles, federal regulations)
  • Familiarity or professional experience with human health risk assessment, environmental fate and transport modeling, geographic information systems, environmental forensics, statistical analysis and sampling design, or atmospheric dispersion modeling is a plus, but not required.
