As a Business Consultant, you will perform various types of business analyses (e.g. Business Case, Cost/Benefit, Cost Effectiveness, etc.), as well as analysis of special topics that will be used by Senior Leadership to make better-informed decisions. In addition, ad hoc analysis of special topics will be required to provide senior leadership independent analysis and evaluation prior to their presentations to senior management (e.g. Basis of Estimate analysis in support of the program build). Other responsibilities include, collecting and organizing data, providing in-depth analysis, evaluations and recommendations to senior leadership. Individuals will be expected to evaluate current business processes, baselining the status-quo, identifying areas of concern and developing an outline/plan for improving the processes to provide for increased effectiveness and efficiencies.

Qualifications

The successful candidates should possess at least 2+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, operations research, business, or economics. Must demonstrate hands-on analytical experience, knowledge of business statistics, outstanding organizational and planning capabilities, and possess excellent written and oral communications skills.

Ability to prepare high-quality oral and written technical reports and presentations for senior and executive technical and business management level, and knowledge and expertise in Business, Financial, and Program management is required. Knowledge of Basic Accounting, Basic Mathematics, Basic Statistical applications and probability theory, Budget and Financial Regulations and Policies, Congressional Budget Documents, process management is necessary.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Salary range: $42,631 to $157,100
