The Site Supervisor I is responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of a clinic in a physician practice service line or geographic region. The Site Supervisor I will also be available to team members to discuss problems and to direct employees to the appropriate person for counsel, and is required to keep the Practice Administrator informed with regard to team member concerns and problem areas. The Site Supervisor is responsible for role-modeling customer service and Patient-Centered Care for the clinics and will work with the Practice Administrator to identify and undertake initiatives in those areas. The Site Supervisor is the first-line responder to patient complaints and issues in the practice.MSHA expects that every team member will role model Patient-Centered Care behaviors and be guided by MSHA's Values and the Principles of Patient-Centered Care. Every member of MSHA's leadership team is accountable for coaching and monitoring reporting team members to ensure that the standards and initiatives of Patient-Centered Care are a living reality in their work units / Departments.It is vital that an individual in this position be capable of good communication skills.

MSHA expects all team members to support the VOS initiative by demonstrating awareness of the VOS system and effectively applying it to his/her work.
Job duties of this position may require access to protected patient information (PHI). The team member will be accountable for appropriate use of the record and compliance with all confidentiality and security policy and procedures related to use, access, and disclosure of PHI.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Site Supervisor I will report directly to the Practice Administrator. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a clinic.


Two years experience in a physician practice setting or equivalent required. The individual must have good computer skills, and must be very familiar with frontline office functions such as medical terminology, managed care plans, medical insurance claim filing and charge entry, and various other functions of the office. The ability to communicate effectively with employees, patients, and physicians is a necessity.
