What You Do Responsible for detailed evaluation of candidates against specific Information Technology (IT) requirements. Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by screening and interviewing the candidate. Assign technical tests to candidates as needed. Utilizes resume and candidate database software products, job boards, internet sourcing techniques and participates in strategic recruitment and public relations activities to identify, track and retrieve resumescandidates. Responsible for recruiting needs that are more advanced i.e. technical expertise, more senior professionals, more complicated business environments. Recommend updates to current recruiting practices based on market research and new trends. Develop Maintain market intelligence, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. Work with key internal stakeholders of the organization and built efficient processes to identify training needs within the organization resulting from business needs. Participation in process formulation and implementation. Follow best in class recruiting practice and professional approach through the life cycle of hiring, from requirements gathering to the final on-boarding of the selected candidates. Use various tools and technologies such as MS-office, MS-Visio, Citrix GoTo Meeting for preparing process documents, candidate and client interactions. What's Required? Bachelorrsquos degree in Human ResourcesIT or related field. 4+ years experience with full life cycle recruiting of Information Technology resources that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates for contract assignments. Ability to work with and connect with all levels and types of resources. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapidly growing organization. Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and superior organizational skills with a strong attention given to detail. Familiarity with business process involved in hiring H1 visa holders, and Green Card sponsoring procedures. Advanced writing and analytical skills required. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office suite (MS-Word, Excel). Excellent communication skills, self starter and strong desire to succeed. Technical Recruiting, MS-Word, MS-Excel
