National Account - Move Coordinator
We are looking for quality-minded individuals National Account Move Coordinators for our CSR Department.
Essential Functions
The position of National Account Move Coordinator is to act as a liaison between accounts, customers, sales staff and various departments to ensure a smooth relocation process that meets with shipper, account and client expectations.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Serve as initial contact to ascertain shipper and the account needs, set expectations, and secure agreement.
2. Process survey results in timely and efficient manner to ensure positive customer and account satisfaction. Review and explain all charges associated with relocation.
3. Register orders and generate appropriate documents in accordance with company and account guidelines to produce consistently formatted paperwork.

Requirements
Experience in Moving & Storage is required, preferrably as a National Account Move Coordinator. Must be PC efficient, possess proficient ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills. Fast paced position requires capability of working under pressure.
