POSITION: Administrative Clerk REPORT TO: Field Administrator

DIVISION: Finance and Administration ORGANIZATION: R&E

OVERVIEW: POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Administrative Clerks will be supporting Field Administrators with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other clerical duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Key Work Experiences/Education:

* High School Education or equivalent
* Professional individual with a minimum of 2 years of Administrative clerk experience
* Must be computer literate

Technical/Functional competencies required:

* Ability to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

* Organize and check timesheets.
* Reconciling client gate reads after timesheets are completed.
* Verification of work order numbers entered against timesheets (using gate logs)

* Making copies & distributing originals to obtain client signatures
* Maintaining employee files (organize and file dispatches & miscellaneous paperwork)
* Photocopying TAR timesheets & scanning to client for backup and billing
* Matching & verifying timesheets to CCTS Detailed cost code reports by ...

Challenges:

· Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment.

· Must be capable of working in all types of weather conditions.

· Must be able to bend, squat and kneel.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds unassisted.

· Must be able to work long hours and all required shift schedules that may be up to seven days a week for extended duration’s

Successful candidate must meet all conditions of TSA R&E’s Drug and Alcohol testing requirements, as well as a background check, as a condition of employment. Drug/alcohol screening is administered post-offer and pre-employment.
