Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:• Operates and maintains all buildings needs: electrical, HVAC, and customer requests. – 50%• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance throughout the facilities in accordance with the company’s PM program – 20%• Coordinate with the Facilities Manager building improvements / maintenance projects generated by quarterly building inspections – 15%• Maintain adequate inventory control for current and future maintenance. Ensure purchasing of the best product takes place. – 10%• Provide the Facilities Manager with written monthly reports – 5%Skills and

Abilities Required:
• Strong customer service orientation• Have the physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.• Must be well organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.• Knowledgeable in the use of hand tools and work practices• Must have a valid driver’s license and operate a standard shift vehicle.• Must have the ability to provide support when requested for preventive maintenance functions.Education and

Experience Required:
