Duties include but not limited to:1. Develop sale leads/data base of potential clients.2. Seek opportunity to provide landscape designs, installations, and maintenance bids to potential clients.3. Review landscapes of properties, estimate cost of services, and provide proposal for clients.4. Close and secure maintenance and landscape contracts.

 Proven experience in designing, outdoor living environments, gardening,plant id, and meeting budgets as well as time constraints are mandatory. Horticultural and/or irrigation experience a must. Experience in Micro-Soft Office and CAD design software preferred. Must have a valid drivers license with good driving record. Participation in snow and ice services required for year round employment opportunities. MLP, MCH, or CLP, Registered Mass Landscape Architect preferred. Bachelor Degree or Horticultural Degree required with 3 to 4 years sales experience in the Green Industry.At J. Michael, employee safety is among our top priorities.
