MedXM, one of the fastest growing companies in Orange County, CA, is looking for an experienced call center manager. MedXM’s call center schedulers play a crucial role in our operation by coordinating providers (nurses and doctors) with our clients’ members for in-house checkups. We are searching for a hard working, driven manager to lead our enthusiastic call center. 
Job summary

As the manager of the Call Center, you will be responsible for leading assigned account teams including staffing, performance management, reporting, counseling, and maintaining quality.

Job Responsibilities
• Reports directly to the COO
• Attends weekly meetings to discuss current trends, quality, upcoming events, project planning, and current project status
• Is responsible for managing a team of leads/supervisors
• Provides training and mentoring to ensure success in the supervisor role and development toward the next level of management
• Provides coaching and feedback on performance
• Reviews employee schedules and approves any time off requests
• Utilizes Company sponsored recognition & reward programs to promote productivity & uplift morale
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Skill Requirements
• Thorough knowledge of call center operation
• 5 years of experience as a Call Center Manager with 100 or
more employees preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal management skills
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to coordinate and lead people around various tasks
• Ability to improve the efficiency of the current call center
• Must be flexible to work weekends when necessary

Salary depends on experience. Bonus based on performance. Submit resume with salary
