We are seeking an experienced senior director of marketing operations to own our global marketing operations. You will be in charge of creating, improving and implementing all processes and systems to ensure our marketing team is incredibly productive and using best practices. No one will be better than you at automating marketing to handle lead nurturing, scoring and sales enablement, and data governance across systems. Plus, youll dive into reporting and analytics to consistently refine and improve our marketing programs. You will report directly to the CIO.

Responsibilities:

Drive marketing automation expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement and lead management.
Improve funnel stages (MQL, SAL, SQO) through strong utilization of Eloqua and/or Marketo.
Strengthen marketing program performance with a robust reporting framework (including regular dashboards and business insights) and a process for continuous improvements.
Increase global data coverage across key geographies and sales verticals. Develop and drive a strategic roadmap for data completeness, data accuracy, timely processing of data.
Manage and maintain the optimal operations of the marketing systems, specifically the marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring data quality, lead flows, campaign tracking and sales enablement.
Drive strong sales and marketing alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong lead management, improved lead quality, and enhanced data quality
Work with sales operations team to define and deliver data required to perform desired analyses.
Lead a team of high-performing individual contributors to consistently deliver on key priorities.

Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline required
10+ years of B2B technology marketing operations experience required. 3+ years managing a team
Extensive experience and expertise with CRM solutions (SFDC) and marketing automation tools (Eloqua or Marketo)
Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution
Very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting
Experience with budget management and financial analysis
Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close and conversion ratios
Direct experience and understanding of business intelligence, data cleansing, and reporting tools
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
Plans, organizes, schedules, budgets, and problem solves in a highly efficient, productive manner
Passion and skill for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams and customers
