This candidate will have a proven track record of creating and innovating while working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review third party administrator reports and prepare related intercompany and corporate journal entries.
  • Strong experience with Amounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
  • Support the Operations team with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Review and document transactions and perform month end close procedures.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly balance sheet and income statement analyses.
  • Monthly/quarterly/yearly variance analysis against budget.
  • Monthly/quarterly/yearly review, maintenance, and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in the planning, execution and reporting of special projects.


Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Four (4) year degree in Accounting and / or CMA is a big plus.
  • 5+ years related work experience.
  • Strong technical accounting and financial analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VB and SQL are a big +)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing, Fulfillment and / or Distribution experience is highly desirable.
  • MBA
