The Technology Risk Management (TRM) Training Specialist is responsible for creating, executing, improving and enhancing the training curriculum, materials, plans and tools in support of the technology risk management’s technology policy and standards training program.   This individual will seek and present new avenues for training development to enhance the learning environment, select appropriate methods of delivery, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs. Essential Functions:

* Develop and execute training program, including scope, objectives, infrastructure, timeline, curriculum and methodologies for the Technology Risk organization.
* Create and maintain standard materials and tools as part of the curriculum (e.g., courses work, course outlines, job aids Sharepoint sites, templates, schedules and activities).
* Develop and maintain infrastructure models, process and metrics to support the training program continuity and effectiveness, inclusive of curriculum evaluation and lifecycle.
* Create learning objectives to meet the identified training needs, and process for continuous improvement and enhancement to provide effective learning across the information security policy and standards intended audience.
* Facilitate courses utilizing sound adult learning methods, including classroom or web based training seminars.
* Partner with risk subject matter experts, internal IT training and communications professionals to ensure efficient program implementation and enhance / customize training content and materials to fit Technology Risk Management’s objectives.
* Provide guidance and leadership to other training staff members in their support of the risk training program.
* Ensure that deliverables and deadlines are met.
* Research best practice materials and aids in the development of customer experience platforms, soft skill programs, leader’s guides, etc.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Experience
• Minimum twelve (12) years of related experience.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
• N/A

Additional Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge (broad expertise or unique knowledge) of policies, practices and systems.
• Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories.
• Viewed as functional expert in field within KP.
• Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
• Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Master's degree with specialization in instructional design, adult education, or a related field.
* 7+ years’ experience designing and developing participant-centered, applied learning solution programs
* Previous experience creating and implementing learning and development programs in a large, corporate information technology organization.
* In-depth, hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, intranet design tools, and multimedia applications used in the design of training (e.g., HTML coding , video and audio editing software, MS PowerPoint and  MS Sharepoint, Adobe Captivate, Flash, Articulate storyline).
* Training and instructional design knowledge and experience including adult learning theory, job/task analysis, course and curriculum development and evaluation, and experience in graphic editing and design.
* Must possess strong project/program management skills, excellent oral and written communication, and be able to handle multiple tasks at once and work with minimal oversight.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
* Demonstrated experience interfacing with stakeholders from a variety of disciplines and management levels, in both Information technology and business organizations
* Hold industry certifications for Learning/education/training development or like fields.
