This opportunity will require you to work in Springfield, MO. Healthcare Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities Assist individuals telephonically by using selling skills necessary to qualify candidates for the product and enrolling prospects in Insurance plans utilizing training materials and software applications as directed.

·High School Diploma or equivalent
· 6 months+ customer service experience
· Competency using Microsoft Windows
· Exceptional Communication & Verbal skills
· Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment
· Ability to work a flexible schedule and support any hours of operations
· Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
· Ability to not only understand complex Medicare programs, but to be able to explain/articulate these programs to Consumers in ways that are clear, correct and objective
· Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum six (6) months Sales experience If the employee currently has or previously had a Health & Life License, they may be asked to sign an attestation confirming their current or past involvement in any sales channels and that their license or appointment is or expired in good standing.
