Part-Time and Per DiemOpportunities for SLP-CCC in Arvin, CA! EmpRes Healthcare is currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated SLP Speech Language Pathologist to join our In-House Rehab Team at Polson Health and Rehab Center. Part-Time or Per Diem Available. As an SLP, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide speech therapy services to residents with speech, language, hearing, swallowing and/or cognitive dysfunction; including screening, evaluation, development and implementation of treatment services. Facilitate the restoration of physical and functional abilities to achieve residents highest potential for independent living.

Essential Functions:

* Comply with state practice act and/or American Speech-Language Pathology Association (ASHA) guidelines.
* Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes with physician order. Monitor residents responses to treatment and alter the treatment plan as appropriate with physician approval.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
* Current and valid state SLP license
