RESPONSIBILITIES Provides strategic leadership, planning, and execution of solutions for current and future business needs. Positively communicate and demonstrate the company’s Success Factors by developing trust and respect among peers and associates, building strong teams and partnerships and driving results Promote a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, holding associates accountable, facilitating a productive work environment, and setting goals that focus the region on key drivers that impact success. Focus the region on CARE for Associates, Customers and Community Ensure positive customer experience delivered by all stores in the region. Overall management to achieve customer satisfaction while supporting the development of a customer service and sales culture in the stores Train, assess and coach Regional Directors and District Managers while facilitating a team environment to meet region and/or company objectives Ensure proper channels of communication exist between the stores and Store Support Group Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability, manage payroll budgets, and develop long range goals and objectives Collaborate on annual budgets, forecasts and sales reports Work to resolve issues that affect the stores service, efficiency, productivity & safety Represents the company to outside organizations within the local community. Delegates effectively and empowers others to succeed; challenges others to reach their full potential and encourages them to retain ownership for their results. Remains effective in a changing environment and manages change. Adjusts team priorities to meet goals and commitments, ensures continued alignment across the business process, and responds effectively to constantly changing demands. Ensures all initiatives for the region are aligned with the company's vision, while developing strategic direction and establishing appropriate priorities for projects critical to success. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required; Advanced degree preferred.
