General Purpose: Oversee litigation projects related to delivery of expert witness testimony for financial disputes in areas including commercial damages, forensic investigation, antitrust, valuation, transactional disputes, and related topics.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversight/performance of financial analysis and damage calculations
* Oversight/performance of research functions
* Preparation and/or review of written reports, exhibits and demonstratives
* Development of staff members, both technically and professionally
* Interaction with client in engagement-management role
* Development of skills and technical expertise to facilitate delivery of expert testimony
* Delivery of marketing and/or technical presentations
* Delivery of work product in timely fashion, as fiscally planned
* Development of practice management systems to enhance ability to deliver workproduct and develop staff
* Pursuit of professional advancement through designations and continuing education

* Familiarity with intermediate-level accounting issues (reporting systems, managerial accounting, tax returns)
* Familiarity with intermediate-level microeconomics
* Familiarity with intermediate-level corporate finance
* Ability to work with changing client-imposed deadlines

Education and/or Training:

* Minimum of six years of experience in corporate finance, economic or assurance/accounting services
* 4 year degree
* Designations welcome (CPA, CFA, ASA, CMA, CIRA, CTP, CFE)
