Track cart conversion/abandonment, site navigation, speed and performance, and overall flow and function to improve customer experience Oversee all post-sale engagement and outreach to customers to create customer loyalty and positively influence revisit and repurchase. Responsible for all data gathering and analytics from site monitoring.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree a must. MBA preferred. 8+ years experience within digital marketing, preferrably within an E-tailer. Strong digital customer acquisition experience Strong grasp and experience within data and analytics tools and usage
