Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Performs a variety of administrative functions within the Warehouse. Candidate will be working in a warehouse environment performing both warehouse and admin functions Main function is admin but will be need to work on floor as necessary 60% admin/40% warehouse Forklift will be used- must complete drug test and background check Ensure and maintain the accuracy and completeness of paperwork and records for both materials received and shipped. Complete required logs and records as necessary. Complete daily cycle counts generated by the Inventory Analyst. Coordinate picking and shipping of orders. Call carriers and schedule trucks for deliveries, gives information to callers. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. Three years of prior shipping/warehousing/receiving or related experience including operation of material handling equipment and office/computer skills. MS EXCEL and ACCESS experience is ideal
