Required: Bachelor Degree and minimum of five years job-related experience. State of CT RN license. CPR certification, ACLS. Strong leadership, critical thinking and communication skills. Must be able to problem solve and effectively resolve conflict across all departments in organization. Manages the Nursing and operational functions of New Milford Hospital on varied shifts. Supports the overall care delivery of the Nursing Department in coordination with the Nurse Managers. Maintains the schedule and staffing in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
