Occupational Medicine Physician needed in Southeast Indiana
We are looking for a fulltime Occupational Medicine physician to become an employee of our hospital.
We have been successfully employing physicians since 1996 and are nearing the completion of a new state of the art hospital and medical office building.
Here is the information related to our Occ Med employment opportunity. (Salary and the other hospital benefits are noted below)
We normally stay around the 75th percentile in compensation - based on experience and what they can bring to the hospital.

Hospital - Physician Remuneration (for full time equivalents)
You would be an employee of the hospital
1. Base Pay - noted above
2. Currently have a Quality Incentive of $10,000 (looking to increase this in next contract)
3. Bonus Compensation for RVUs in excess of agreed threshold
4. Practice commencement bonus or student loan repayment assistance.
5. Pension
6. Vacation time - 4 weeks for first 3 years and 5 weeks thereafter
7. CME Hours - 40 hours of paid CME time off per year.
8. CME & Dues allowance - $4,000 per year.
9. Hospital will pay moving expenses up to $10,000
10. Physicians that round and take call get a day off during the week. (I.e. each provider has a set day per week that they are not in the office or on call.)
11. Other - Hospital pays all incidental expenses, including Malpractice, Licensure, DEA, CSR, Indiana State Medical Association dues, etc.)
12. Hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries and benefits and manages staffing issues for the physicians.
