We are looking for a polished, energetic individual to join an exciting Communications Team.The Administrative Assistant must have a team oriented attitude, be resourceful and able to handle multiple administrative tasks under fast-paced environment and many different circumstances. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate comfortably with high-level executives in all forms (by phone, email, and in-person) are necessary to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain calendars (plan and schedule meetings, including equipment and some catering)
- Manage all travel arrangements (including travel plans, hotels, car service, etc.)
- Set-up internal team and client conference calls as needed
- Prepare/submit expense reports
- Prepare/submit invoices
- Answer incoming communications calls
- Professional, client-services approach to communicating with high level clients, internal senior management and all company personnel
- If needed, assist with other daily communication projects and tasks of team
- Other miscellaneous Administrative duties as requiredQualifications

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Great phone and communication skills
