We are currently seeking a National Accounts Benefits Sales Manager in the West

The NAS Benefits Sales Manager will lead a sales team consisting of quota carriers to achieve the assigned sales team quota. Implement a business plan which defines how the sales team will obtain the regional sales objectives. Interface with other regional functional areas when necessary to achieve profitable sales and retain clients.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive Benefit Administration Sales as part of an HCM offering
* Lead your team through Focused Territory Management
* Lead your team through Strategy Planning Sessions
* Develop insight and competency on Benefits for NAS HCM Sales
* Educate organization with Benefits Outsourcing competitive intelligence

Additional Responsibilities:

Attain or exceed 100% assigned sales team quota with required product mix.Lead and direct sales team members, and implement job responsibilities.

Meet weekly with each direct reports to review activity and prospective business reports, and monthly to determine if Business Plan goals are on target.

Develop a regional business plan which defines how the sales team will obtain the regional sales objectives.

Establish a master prospect list designating all accounts that would close within 120 days

60% of time will be devoted to territory management and opportunities to evaluate sales performance of quota carriers. Maintain proactive recruiting approach for future talent. Weekly sessions for performance planning, coaching/counseling techniques and motivation.

Possess sense of urgency and attention to detail regarding situations that affect new sales, client retention and employee morale.

LISALES

Experience, Skills, Academic:

BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration

5+ years proven sales leadership at the enterprise sales level

Health and Welfare/Benefits domain knowledge highly preferred.

Human Capital Management experience is direct sales or sales leadership required.

Demonstrated success in coaching and team skills development.
