Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is well-presented and accessible.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic math for transactions.
- Experience in retail sales with knowledge of retail math concepts.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
