New offering gives job seekers new tools and resources to find their dream job in more than 30,000 local markets
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – January 23, 2008 -- Simply Hired, Inc. today announced the launch of their Local job search tool for job seekers in more than 30,000 cities across the United States, offering useful resources and tools such as Wikipedia information, top local companies, popular jobs and industries, and a wide range of statistics including housing, employment, average income, and household income.

Included in Simply Hired's local employment mashup is information from a variety of trusted sources, including: Wikipedia (city information, local economy, local companies, careers), LinkedIn (who do I know?), Vault (company research), Spoke (find people), US Census data (population, housing, income, education, marital status, race, commute time), and proprietary technology developed by Simply Hired (salary, trends, popular jobs, industries).
