Productive and fun workplace
sense of accomplishment and fun workplace to be in . Happy employees and happy customers make the workplace engaging. Productivity at workplace happens when the customer has a smile on his face and is a repeat customer .
Cashier/Stocker | Murray, UT | Jan 1, 2020
Workplace was fun and everything was priced good when it came to the staff.
The bosses where favoring people who have been there the longest (supervises mainly or higher). Could not get days off when asked, worked the day after working the grave and the pay was not enough for the amount of work I was doing.

Dont even bother
Franchise store, the company could care less if you have benefits. They would rather penny pinch then even show decent work safety or concerns. Many times they would tell you sit down then actually do first aid.

Good place to work
Good place to work depending on what team you are on. Japanese owned and bottom line is the most important thing. If you can get hired, benefits are ok.

Nice company
Fair and pleasant company to work for nice team great manager and great customers and it was really close to my home I think they should always have Security for the worker and the Customers
Customer Service Associate / Cashier | New York, NY | Dec 9, 2019
Bias of peoples backgrounds
I disliked this job very much! Hated it. Yea thats more like it. Managers tried to use me as their heavy lifting machinery, while letting others do nothing at but maybe help a customer or two.
Administrative Assistant | Mexico, MO | Jan 27, 2020
fun, variety of activities. I had a great boss at first and i learned a lot of what I know today from her. Later i got a new boss who did not have any leadership skills and left the company.
Store Manager | Ogden, UT | Jul 15, 2019
Not the greatest job
Never any room for growth, no raises offered after working there 2 years. Only reprimanding for minor things. Management forgets what being an associate was like or has never even been one and was just hired in an management levels. Don't think I'll ever work for the company again
Assistant Manager | Dallas, TX | May 15, 2019
Great Company
7-11 is a great company not as flexible as most, but the perks of being able to work remotely and the charitable work that they do for the community are a definite plus in recommending the company.

Metrics-driven culture
Corporate management is heavily focused on metrics, but not place enough emphasis on the quality of store employees which is key to improving customer experience and impacting sales.

What questions did they ask during your interview at 7-Eleven?
Asked Jun 21, 2016
I had an interview today. The owner looked at my resume and asked what did you do at your last job? Because I will be working two jobs she asked why do I want to have two jobs? Have you ever been to 7-eleven overnight? Have you ever dealt with a drunk person and had them listen to you? How do you think a drunk person would react if you denied them alcohol? What would you do if your friends came in and asked for a free pizza? What would you do if someone called from 7-eleven and asked you to scan a barcode?

I went to an interview today the manager just asked me my availability and where I last worked at and the responsibility I had at the last job that was the only 2 questions I was asked
