Great place to work
It was a very good place to work very flexible and dynamic. The culture is going through a great deal of change so you need to be prepared for ongoing changes.

Most days alone
Most days you work alone especially in graveyard shift. I also worked days and for lunch rush there is always help. You are your own manager for the most part. A. Constant cleaning and disinfecting of commend used surfaces some inventory for reordering items.

Productive, fast pace, exciting
As a customer Service lead for accounting/merchandising I reviewed emails, CS data base, phone messages to begin my day. The research once all information was gathered was enjoyable. Responding either by telephone or CS data base - email depending on the requestor. This allowed me to provide the resolution to their issues (franchisee or store manager, market manager or field consultant.) If there was no error on the part of the department I explained reasoning and the why - if there was an error I explained the same and also letting them know corrections were made and when and where they would be seen. I had the ability to correct as well as evaluate the issue. There really wasn't a hard part to the job as I learned as I went along - utilizing team leadership if needed. The most enjoyable part of the job was independence to pursue resolution independently. Learning happened daily. Never a dull moment.

Management sucks but if you work well, you'll get hours
They say you dont get overtime, but there are very few workers who actually work, or even show up and management feels they need these people regardless (even though they dont) so youll get hours if you want them thanks to these employees

Stability and opportunities
Gave me room to grow as a person and employee as well as about retail and was able to be promoted as soon as training was completed. Gave me the opportunity to work with people and proper training to become management in many other positions.

It was stressful
7-Eleven can be a stressful job when dealing different types of customers. A lot of work needs to be done throughout the day. The hardest part of the job would be dealing with angry customers because some of them can be very aggressive.

Productive and fun workplace
sense of accomplishment and fun workplace to be in .
Happy employees and happy customers make the workplace engaging. Productivity at workplace happens when the customer has a smile on his face and is a repeat customer .

Workplace was fun and everything was priced good when it came to the staff.
The bosses where favoring people who have been there the longest (supervises mainly or higher). Could not get days off when asked, worked the day after working the grave and the pay was not enough for the amount of work I was doing.
