Arise Virtual Assistance
Varied clients to contract for their customer service teams with flexible hours and client training available for morning and evening classes. Working from home can be rewarding!

Not sufficient hours
Not only do you have to pay for the training, but you are also promised hours and are not given enough. They categorize you by 4 different tiers/colors. Gold being the best (they take literally all hours), the rest of the colors pretty much get the hours that people drop or don’t want... the IBO’s are extremely unprofessional and charge you a fee to work for them... I’ve alrked for Arise twice and I can honestly say it’s been nothing but a Días appointment... would not recommend...
ProsWork from home
ConsTraining has to be paid, Hours aren’t promised. Poor management. Dishonest. Charged a fee every paycheck .

flexible hours
I enjoyed the convience of being able to work as many hours as i want as long as the minimal of 23 hours was completed a week, Very easy and I enjoyed working for this company! Great perks for your excellent work.

flexable hrs
Honest Company, good job to work from home, have to pay for training, not enough hours most limited to avg 10hrs per week. Have to work more than 1 client in order to get the hours you would need to cover a full time job or a good part time job. the Pay is quite low and have to establish a corporation or you can work under someone else but it will cost you more money besides the $20 you have to pay them each pay check which could be another $25 per week. Making the pay per hour even lower than what they offer.

Great for busy lives outside of the workplace
I like that you can make your own schedule. Being a mother of newborn twins and no child care, made it difficult for me to find a company to work for. With Arise I can plan ahead and around my children’s lives.

Work from home
This type of work takes time to manage. AHT was the worst for me. I find it hard to service someone how needs help in 9 mins. Seeking help in the chat room can be a long wait. Which all and all gives you a low score on the matrix system. I'm a hard working who loves helping people.

Pay better, offer more hour availability and have better instructors. We pay for certification and it does not prepare you to do your job.
