Abandon Hope all you who enter
The SLD of the adidas Group was a very small cog in a worldwide company. Those of us in North America were the step children and that sums it up. Wish I could say better.

Impossible is Nothing
Adidas has a great culture of sport. Lots of energy and it's fun to bump into professional athletes from time to time. Adidas is somewhat both a German and USA company, which can both be a benefit, and sometimes headache.

Productive and Exciting Work Environment
It's evident to me that the company thrives on a productive, supportive, and motivating work environment in which all employees (both permanent and part-time) feel excited to be a part of the company.

Exceptional Company Culture
My contract at Adidas was a pleasure. From the very first day all my colleagues welcomed and supported me in my new role and even though my assignment was temporary they treated me as one of their own.

Great company - struggles with technology
If you work in shirts and shoes, it is a great place to work. However, they struggled with how to sell technology and how to profit from it. If you like lifestyle marketing and a dynamic work environment, take a look at Adidas.

fun work place
Typical work day , I usually go into different accounts and make sure all the stores follow brand standards. Management is cool if you're doing job. The workplace is chill and really flexible. The most enjoyable thing is that you get to be you, wear what you like and just represent the brand as you are.

It is a good place to get skills on customer service
The best part is the purchasing discount for employees. They have to improve the supervising skills of the store managers and supervisors. ADIDAS Stores is a good place for acquiring sales skills and customer services.
ProsPurchasing discount for employees.
ConsLow managing and supervisor skills

Asked Mar 15, 2017
Adequately compensate the employees for the job at hand. Don't underpay and over work people. Once the pay rate fits the job requirements more people will stay. People won't do such laborious work for nothing of course they leave.
