Trys to have fun
They do their best to have fun but most times their management makes this difficult. I enjoy the learning and activities that they occasionally do but they often focus on the wrong objectives.

Amway: business or scheme cult?
Amway is a terrible place to work unless you buy into the whole con> It is no wonder that the bulk of their business is located in Asia, mostly China, where con companies can still get away with such practices. The product they sell is sub par but promoted as top quality.

Fun but Slow
The company is fun to work at and good people, but they are slow to develop projects and little career advancement. They have been taking multiple years to decide on layoffs which has degraded morale significantly.

Good place to work
Good place to work, benefits could be better and advancement to a higher level position should be more available. Even though they say they are a promote from within company, they do not really follow that program.
ProsGood, clean environment to work in.
ConsBenefits should be better

If you were in charge, what would you do to make Amway a better place to work?
Asked Feb 8, 2018
Give more vacation days to new employees.
Answered Jul 22, 2018
I would have workers cross-train. Sometimes shifts get so understaffed that they shut down production on some lines. Packers usually outnumber Machine operators, stock handlers, etc. Cross training seems ideal and perfect so production is met.
