Very stressful environment and strict management rules
This was a very stressful work place to have a job. You have to deal with doing you job, helping customers, and dealing with you managers constantly telling you to hurry up or work faster.

Great fast paced job
Its great for those who like to work in a fast paced environment. Sometimes it can be stressful dealing with certain type of people. The only thing is that they don't pay very well and minimum wage is about to catch up to me and I have been there for 3 years.

Very safe & productive workplace.
I think the workplace overall is a very friendly, safe, & clean workplace. It strives on less people to do more work. I think the management is not great but its not the worse. Some of the managers are very lazy & don't follow directions very well. The idea is to provide the best service and satisfaction for our members & I feel the company is very serious when it comes to that. The hardest part of the job is working in cold elements or some of the labor involved. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting paid every week & some of the people there are great. I learned a lot of skills that range from operating machines, merchandising, & versatile thinking. Another enjoyable part of the job is putting smiles on customers' faces.
